Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?

For commissions $200 and over, I allow clients to pay 50% upfront and 50% once it’s completed. If a commission is below $200, I require payment to be made in full before I begin. I accept payments with cash, venmo, or cashapp.

How long will it take?

No waitlist: this depends on the complexity and size of the painting. A pet portrait can typically take a couple of days, and a single or double portrait will take around 7-10 days. Depending on certain factors, this may be more. During our discussion I’ll be able to give you a more accurate time frame!

Waitlist: when we chat, I will let you know if there’s a current waitlist and I’ll give you my schedule when I’ll be able to begin your commission. I’ve been booked out as far as three months before, so if you’re relying on a certain date for a gift or occasion, get with me asap to ensure it’ll be completed by then! If you want to be added to the waitlist, I will require payment to secure your spot.

Do you ship?

I try my best not to ship a commission if you live local, or local-ish. I’m happy to drive and meet clients in order to avoid costs. If shipping is the only option, the cost will be on the client. In these cases I do price shop to ensure I’m getting you the most affordable cost! I’ll supply you with the tracking number after it’s on its way to you
